Refund Policy:
I understand that no refunds will be issued after June 1, 2026.

Scheduling Warnings:
You may not receive the time slot of your choice as we are trying to keep the numbers even for both time slots.

Assumption of Risk:
I understand and acknowledge that participating in swim lessons at Cedarbrook Swim & Tennis Club involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury and other accidents. I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation or my child’s participation in the swim lessons.

Release of Liability:
In consideration for being permitted to participate in swim lessons, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Cedarbrook Swim & Tennis Club, its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, agents, or any other parties associated with the club, from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising out of my or my child’s participation in swim lessons, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
