The Renewal Membership Period for 2024 has ended. All unpaid accounts as of April 1st, 2025 were closed.

You will not receive an invoice in the mail. Your invoice is digital and can be viewed by logging into your account. Please go to cedarbrookclub.org, log in to your account, and pay your dues for the coming season.  Any outstanding guest fees from 2023 must also be paid by the deadlines below and will show up on your payment screen.

Important Dates to Remember

  • March 1 : All balances are due (dues & outstanding guest fees).  Last day for check payments.
  • March 14: Last day for payment via credit card without a 10% late fee. No further check payments are accepted after 1 March.
  • March 15: 10% late fee added to all outstanding accounts
  • April 1: Unpaid accounts are closed and offered to the waitlist

PLEASE REMEMBER:

  • Every member is REQUIRED to have a PHOTO & BIRTHDAY on file

  • Outstanding guest fees from the 2023 season are automatically added to your dues payment
